How it works

One coordinated route from your staffing need to the first day at work

Three phases provide orientation. The exact duration depends on profession, language level, country of origin and destination. The process shows what comes next and who is needed for it.

  1. Around forty professionals and Talent & Care staff at a long outdoor table with checked tablecloths, many waving at the camera1

    Phase 1 · Selection

    Get to know suitable professionals

Together we sharpen the job profile. We then review training, work experience, language level and documents and organise interviews with the selected professionals.

    Duration
    typically 6–12 weeks
    Involved
Your organisation, Talent & Care and the team in the country of origin
If things don't go to plan

If your needs change or a candidate drops out, we realign selection and schedule with you. The terms of the respective offer and contract remain binding.

  2. German lesson at the B4M Latam Academy in Bogotá: learners at laptops in a classroom with a green wall2

    Phase 2 · Preparation

Learn German, prepare procedures in parallel

The German course starts in the country of origin and leads to the agreed target level. At the same time we prepare recognition, residence permit and entry and teach professional language, working culture and everyday life.

    Duration
    7–12 months from A0 to B2
    Involved
Language team, examination institutes, authorities and Talent & Care
If things don't go to plan

If a language target is reached later or an authority requests additional documents, we update the schedule and coordinate the next steps.

  3. Colombian physiotherapists and the accompanying team with their luggage on arrival in Germany3

    Phase 3 · Arrival

Settling into the job and a new everyday life

We coordinate travel, first appointments with authorities and the start at work. For regulated professions we support required adaptation measures until licensing; coaching and support continue beyond the first day.

    Duration
Arrival 1–2 weeks · professional licensing usually 3–12 months
    Involved
Professional, your organisation, Talent & Care and recognition authorities
If things don't go to plan

If delays or questions arise in the team, we clarify responsibilities and the next step together with everyone involved.

Durations from our process overview (example Austria, nursing: 10–20 months from selection to the first day at work). Legal basis and status on every detail page.
